We offer a position for a Paralegal to help with day-to-day legal tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Redacting employment contracts
  • Registration of changes in companies (change of adresses, transfer of shares, change of managing directors, associates…) and related notarial acts, powers of attorney, apostille of documents
  • Liquidation of companies
  • Present balance sheets to the Court
  • Administration of data boxes (Datová schránka)
  • Registration of beneficial owners
  • Registration of trade licenses
  • Communication with VZP, ČSSZ and the Labour Office
  • Applications for residence permits
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1 year of experience
  • Czech language (fluent)
  • Italian language (intermediate)
  • English language is a plus
  • Punctuality, independence and team-working
