We offer a position for a Paralegal to help with day-to-day legal tasks.
- Redacting employment contracts
- Registration of changes in companies (change of adresses, transfer of shares, change of managing directors, associates…) and related notarial acts, powers of attorney, apostille of documents
- Liquidation of companies
- Present balance sheets to the Court
- Administration of data boxes (Datová schránka)
- Registration of beneficial owners
- Registration of trade licenses
- Communication with VZP, ČSSZ and the Labour Office
- Applications for residence permits
- 1 year of experience
- Czech language (fluent)
- Italian language (intermediate)
- English language is a plus
- Punctuality, independence and team-working
