Il Governo ceco ha deciso che a partire da giovedì 3 dicembre si passerà alla fase 3 del sistema PES. Ciò comporta che:
- Non vi sarà alcun coprifuoco notturno.
- Tutti i negozi al dettaglio potranno riaprire, ma col limite di una persona ogni 15 mq.
- Bar e ristoranti potranno aprire, dalle 6 alle 22, con massimo 4 persone al tavolo e una capienza del 50% del locale.
- Sarà possibile allestire anche i mercatini di natale, ma con l’obbligo di distanziamento di almeno 4 metri tra uno stand e l’altr0.
- Verrà inoltre revocato il divieto di apertura domenicale nei confronti di tutti i commercianti.
Il Ministro dell’istruzione ha annunciato che per le scuole il passaggio alle fase 3 avverrà lunedì 7 dicembre.

The Czech Government decided that from Thursday December 3rd, the Czech Republic will pass to phase 3 of PES system. This means that:
- There will not be a night curfew.
- All retail stores can reopen, but with a limit of 1 person per 15 square meters.
- From 6am till 10pm, bars and restaurants can reopen, with a maximum of 4 persons per table and a capacity of 50% of the place.
- It will also be possible to set up the Christmas markets, but with a distance at least 4 meters between stands.
- The ban of opening on Sunday will be lifted.
The Minister of Education has announced that for the schools the passage to phase 3 will start from Monday December 7th.
