Il Ministro della Salute, Jan Blatný, ha annunciato che il Governo si riunirà domenica 29 novembre, per decidere sul passaggio al livello 3 del Sistema PES, a partire da lunedì 30 novembre. Questo comporterebbe un ulteriore allentamento delle misure restrittive:
- Termine del coprifuoco notturno.
- Riapertura di tutti i negozi al dettaglio, con il limite di 1 persona ogni 15 mq.
- Bar e ristoranti possono rimanere aperti fino alle 22, con il limite di 4 persone a tavolo.
- Gli hotel e chi fornisce servizi di alloggio possono riaprire.
Affinchè si possa passare al livello arancione è necessario che la situazione rimanga stabile durante la settimana corrente. Il cambio tuttavia non è automatico, in quanto servirà comunque un’apposita approvazione da parte del Governo.

The Minister of Health, Jan Blatny, announced that the Government will meet on Sunday 29 November, to decide on transition to level 3 of PES sistem, from Monday 30 November. There will be a further relaxation of restrictive measures:
- End of night curfew.
- Reopening of all retail stores, with the limit of 1 person per 15 square meters.
- Bar and restaurants can remain open until 10 pm, with the limit of 4 person per table.
- The hotels and accomodation providers can reopen
To move to orange level it is necessary that the situation remains stable during this week. The change however is not automatic, but a special approval from the Government is necessary.
