Il Governo ha deciso di rinviare l’efficacia dei registri di vendita elettronica (EET) fino a gennaio 2023, data la difficile situazione economica in cui versano imprese e società. L’EET è attualmente sospeso fino alla fine di quest’anno. La legge di proroga, invece, dovrebbe essere discussa e molto probabilmente approvata in Parlamento la prossima settimana. Il rinvio si applicherà non solo alle industrie esistenti, ma anche a quelle che, nell’ultima fase dell’EET, non hanno registrato vendite.
The Government has decided to postpone the effectiveness of electronic sales registers (EET) until January 2023, due to coronavirus’ emergency. The EET is currently suspended until the end of this year. The prolungation law, instead, should be debated and most likely passed in Parliament next week. The deferral will apply not only to existing industries, but also to those which, at the last stage of the EET, did not have sales.
