La Camera dei Deputati ha approvato l’abolizione dell’imposta sull’acquisto di beni immobili. La bozza sarà oggetto di un emendamento del Senato, che mira a correggere alcuni errori legislativi. Si tratta della parte della tratta che conserva la possibilità di detrarre gli interessi ipotecari dalla base imponibile dei redditi, ma, non modifica altrimenti la tratta.

The Chamber of Deputies approved the abolition of the real estate acquisition tax. The draft will be subjected to an amendment from the Senate, which aims to correct some legislative errors. It concerns the part of the draft that retains the possibility of deducting mortgage interest from the income tax base, but, does not otherwise change the draft.
